Store Policy
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of the items & that all items are made to order I can not offer refunds. However if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact me & I will do my best to correct the problem.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes!! All items ordered within Canada & everywhere else are shipped via USPS First Class & usually arrive within 6-10 days, first class is used to reduce the cost of shipping...if you prefer to have your item shipped Priority please let me know.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Unless a "need by" date is specified when order is placed your order will be sent in the order which it was received though every effort is made to have your order made & sent out as soon as possible. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days to prepare and receive order.
All items ordered within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority & usually arrive in 1-3 days. Please place your order at least 3-4 weeks before the event date to ensure availability & that you receive your order on time.
Do you do personal deliveries within the Portland Metro Area?
Yes, Mileage is calculate at $1.00 a mile there and back. Mileage is provided by Google Maps. All deliveries must be arranged at time of order.
What are your shipping policies?
While I take every precaution to ensure that your item arrives to you in perfect condition once the item is shipped it is no longer within my control & I am not liable for damages incurred during shipping.
When shipping items I try to ship so that items arrive a few days prior to the party date that is provided unless otherwise requested. I can not be held responsible for shipping errors made by the post office that may cause a delay in delivery & do not issue refunds for items delivered late due to postal errors.

What is your payment policy?
All payments are due at time of purchase. I accept all major credit cards & paypal. To ensure availability & that your order is received on time I ask that you please make payment in a timely manner.
Please be advised that I can not begin creating your order until payment is received. All orders are made to order & depending on the quantity it can take 1-2 days to create & an additional 2-5 days (depending on the size of the item) for the fondant to properly set before it can be shipped.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes!! If there is an item you would like but do not see it listed in my shop please message me & I'd be more then happy to accommodate you.
How far ahead should I place my order?
For fondant orders please order at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure proper creation. This ensures that your toppers have ample time to be made & for the fondant to properly set.
For other edible items such cake pops, cake balls, chocolate covered items, etc. please order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability & that your order arrives on time.
If you are placing a large order for a wedding, baby shower or other party please place your order at least 4-5 weeks in advance.
Do you accept last minute or rush orders?
Yes!! Though I prefer items to be ordered in advance I do understand that things happen & this is not always possible. Please contact me as soon as possible to ensure availability & that your order arrives on time.
Depending on "need by" date express shipping rates may apply. There may also be a small additional charge (minimum $5) depending on size of order or item requested.
Last minute orders are made in the order received or by "need by" date.
Why doesn't my fondant topper look exactly like the picture in your listing?
All toppers are made to order by hand, each one is always unique. Therefore final look can vary slightly to picture shown.
Do your items contain nuts?
Yes & no. My fondant toppers are nut free however I can not guarantee that other items in my shop such as cake pops, chocolate, etc. are nut free.
What if I have a food allergy?
If you have any type of food allergy please contact me first before placing your order to discuss options.
Do you have any sugar free, gluten free, etc items?
Yes!! We have many Gluten Free, Vegan, Sugar Free, and Paleo options available. All items are processed in a facility that also makes items containing Milk, Wheat, Eggs, Soy, Peanuts, and Tree Nuts. Every precaution is taken to make sure that items do not come into contact with anything but listed ingredients. However, be advised that they are prepared in a facility that also uses the above items in other desserts.
Can I get free items for my charity event or blog?
